Maybe he means the one that we can use in virtuallz server after pressing F 4 times It teleports 2 left players at one of locations in map (some are interesting, as we can't reach there, although there are some worse like ab in brecourt, it's joke for me ) to fight there at melee.
open up a .gsc files (sd.gsc for instance ,smth pak05 or pak04)
write thread check(); (somewhere in the gamestart or probably in killcam function how Ujjwal wrote)
put that code into sd.gsc after the very last line (actually it does not matter where you put all the functions for this game)
save/extract/copy it (whatever) and make a different .pk3 with it. Make sure you have named it pak09 or pak1 or zz_something (.pk3). Why? Because quake3 (cod engine) loads all client data in alphabet order, so to 'override' original sd.gsc file with your 'new' sd.gsc .pk3 should be named like that, otherwise you will just see stock gametype features while playing.
host a server, have 2 ppl on it, set sd (though im not sure that global parameter 'ham_g_gametype' is defined somewhere in original files), wait for gamestart/kill/killcam (whenever you started the thread 'check') and tap double-shift. other stuff in code im too lazy to read and explain sry XD
