Strafe Jumping is about gaining extra speed by flicking your mouse in the direction you want to land, while strafing and moving forward. You should flick the mouse fairly fast otherwise you won't gain enough speed, but at the same time it should not be too sudden.
It's not too difficult once you get the hang of it, it's simply a case of practicing and getting used to the movement.
The best way to learn strafe jumping is to watch this video tutorial:

Nade Jumping is where you throw a grenade on the ground, wait a certain amount of time and then jump a split second before the grenade explodes. This will boost you up and can be used to reach spots which are impossible to reach usually. The nades explode 4 seconds after throw, so watch the timer and jump when its close to be 4 seconds elapsed.
Wall Strafing is a technique that allows a player to increase their speed simply by accelerating into a wall while sliding along it. Just use the combination of a strafe key together with the forwards key so you walk parallel along a wall and press [A] if the wall is on the left, or [D] if the wall is on the right side.
Bunny Hopping is if you jump repeatedly in order to move faster.
You should combine Bunny Hopping with Strafe Jumping to get a real speed up into your movement.
A perfect Bunny Hop is performed by jumping again immediately after landing.
It's really recommended to have 333 FPS for Bunny Hopping, because it has by far the biggest benefit of it.
On flat ground it's not very effective, but if you jump off the ground, reach a higher spot at the maximum height of your jump and immediately jump of that spot again, you gain a very high speed. Combined with Strafe Jumping you can access spots that are hard to reach usually very easy and even access spots that you can't access by normal Strafe Jumping.
Best example is the 333 FPS no-nade treejump at allied spawn on mp_carentan.
To train Bunny Hopping I recommend the map mp_brecourt as it is perfect with all it's sloped ground.
Once you got the trick and have the correct timing you can use it pretty much everywhere. There are a lot of spots on every map where it can be used very effective to make a quick rush or to do a fast switch of side.
